Why Donate?
Many projects and programs across Covenant Health are only possible due to the charitable support received from our communities.
Our neighbors, colleagues, leaders, area businesses and corporations show their dedication to ensuring quality programs and services are available throughout Covenant Health’s member organizations through their donations. With their help, and yours, we can carry out our mission of improving the quality of life in our communities through better health.

We believe everyone in our community deserves excellent healthcare. And, we believe you agree.
Covenant Health is a not-for-profit, community owned healthcare system committed to improving the quality of life in East Tennessee through better health. In partnership with our generous donors, Covenant’s 10,000+ employees, physicians and volunteers are providing the very best care for our patients and their families.
The Office of Philanthropy coordinates all philanthropic initiatives at Covenant through six foundations Claiborne County Healthcare Foundation, Fort Sanders Foundation, Methodist Medical Center Foundation, Dr. Robert F. Thomas Foundation, Thompson Cancer Survival Center Foundation, and Morristown-Hamblen Hospital Foundation. The fund raising efforts of these foundations support the system’s acute care hospitals, as well as its outpatient facilities, specialized cancer and rehabilitation centers, behavioral health organization, and hospice/home health services.
One fun and helpful way to partner with Covenant Health is to sponsor or attend a special event. The Office of Philanthropy coordinates many events each year across our region to benefit the patients and families served by Covenant and its affiliates. Click the links below to learn more about how you can be a part of these great events.
