Morristown-Hamblen Hospital Foundation Target for Healthcare Tournament to Benefit Patients of Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System

Morristown, Tenn. Sept. 2022 The Morristown-Hamblen Hospital Foundation hosted its fourth annual Target for Healthcare Trap Shoot. Teams had the opportunity to support a worthy cause and win prizes.

Proceeds from the tournament directly impact the patients and staff at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System by providing medical equipment, program development and continuing professional education. Since its inception, Target for Healthcare has raised almost $70,000 in funds that have benefitted the hospital and community.

“This is one of our newest events and participation has more than doubled since we started four years ago,” said Gordon Lintz, Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System’s president and chief administrative officer. “Funds raised from this event fund staff education and equipment above what most other community hospitals can afford.
