Proceeds from the annual Artsclamation! art sale benefit a variety of programs, services and equipment needs at Peninsula. Past events have funded an outdoor respite garden and activity areas at the hospital, transport vans for outpatient therapy groups, inpatient pediatric play areas, and comfort rooms for patients in crisis.

What is Artsclamation:

Artists working with a variety of media are invited to participate in Artsclamation!each year. Members of the Artsclamation! leadership committee then review submissions and select artists to invite to the show. Approximately 48 artists, including painters, photographers, jewelers, fiber artists, woodworkers and sculptors participate in each year’s show. A percentage of each artist’s sales is donated to Peninsula.

One artist is selected each year as Featured Artist for the show. A Featured Piece, created by that artist, is donated to Peninsula, used in promotional materials for the event, and auctioned to the highest bidder at the Preview Party. Artists interested in participating in Artsclamation! should select the artist menue for more information on the event’s request for submission process and online artist application.

Our world is a different place now. All of us are working to safely adapt and thrive amid the constraints and guidelines necessary to slow the spread of the coronavirus. We hope that you are staying safe and healthy.

Even as COVID-19 has challenged us all to find new ways of working and living, the other health care needs of our community have not stopped. Some of our friends and neighbors are still battling cancer, strokes, and other devastating illnesses. Babies are still being born. People are still learning to walk and talk again after traumatic brain injuries. And we are committed to helping them recover with your support.

Within the confines of current CDC and health department guidelines, we are so looking forward to inviting you to join us in making a difference in the health of our communities. We have had to cancel and/or postpone several events this spring and summer, and fund raising revenue for our hospitals and health care services has suffered. Now, we are excited to be planning for both outdoor and indoor fundraising events to begin. Our outdoor golf tournaments and 5k runs are moving forward, as are fall indoor events such as the Morristown-Hamblen gala and Peninsula’s Artsclamation! fine art sale. All are being structured with a strong overlay of safety and flexibility.

We need the support of our volunteers, sponsors and communities to be successful and we pledge to offer you a safe way to partner with us.;
