2D Display Information
As a two-dimensional artist, you will have a display area using one side of three peg-board panels. Each panel is 4’ wide and 8’ tall. The panels will be hung so that they will be aligned side by side to lay flat. Lighting and hooks will be provided. Remember, the majority of your work should be framed. Unframed pieces should be wrapped in plastic and may be stored in a bin in your booth. You will be responsible for providing a bin for your unframed work. Floor space will be limited; therefore, if you plan to bring a bin, it should not exceed 36 inches wide by 18 inches deep. Our preview party is usually well attended, so your floor space will be more limited on Friday than Saturday; easels will not be permitted on Friday night. At the discretion of the event coordinator and as space permits, one easel may be permissible at the public sale on Saturday. For the protection of your artwork and our guests, you also may not stack artwork against walls or windows.
